Maximize Memory Retention Through Effective Multitasking Strategies.
Poor time management and multitasking causes cognitive overload, lower productivity and weaker memory consolidation

1. Write down your tasks for the day
Begin by listing all the tasks on the task side of the card and ensure these tasks have no number labels yet. For large tasks, such as creating a report, consider breaking them down into sub-tasks before adding them to the card.

2. Time block your day
Allocate a time block on your schedule for work availability. Recognize any pre-existing commitments that may hinder work time, such as meetings, childcare duties, or appointments. Acquire a clear understanding of workable time blocks. Highlight these blocks on your schedule.

3. Track your progress as you go
Now you can begin work and start tracking. Use the Pomodoro method for breaks. Note task start and end times with '1'. Connect with a line. Repeat for all tasks.
