Manufacturing Faults

For rare instances where there are manufacturing defects in products sold in our store, we may request photos or videos of the issue to aid in our investigation to solve the issue for you. In most cases a replacement, store credit or refund will be provided if an item has been identified as faulty or defective.

Exchanges

Change of mind returns are allowed within 30 days of the customer receiving the item, the customer is responsible for return postage costs. A small restocking fee is charged to the customer and store credit will be issued once the item has been received back at our returns address.
